International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Iron Path Capital, a private equity firm focused on healthcare and specialty industrials, in connection with its platform acquisition of Austin Pain Acquisition, LLC and its subsidiary 9600 Feet Holdings, LLC, an organization providing management and other support services to interventional pain management provider, Capitol Pain Institute (CPI). This partnership will create a physician-led consolidation platform focused on delivering the highest quality care for patients with chronic pain. This transaction was announced June 23, 2022.
The McDermott deal team was led by Krist Werling and David Ivill with key support from Joe Parise and Hunter Sharp.
