Partner Tony Maida will join the American Health Law Association’s (AHLA) Fraud and Compliance Forum as Planning Committee Chair. He will also speak on “Lemons into Lemonade: Turning Compliance Failures into Opportunities,” which looks at how organizations can identify compliance gaps and turn breakdowns into stronger programs, and moderate the “Closing Keynote Discussion: Criminal and Civil Enforcement and Legal Developments,” featuring senior enforcement attorneys on the latest case developments.
