Morgan A. Pollard focuses her practice on regulatory and transactional matters affecting health industry clients. Morgan advises clients on various transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, joint ventures and other strategic alignments. She also advises clients on healthcare regulatory compliance matters, including fraud and abuse and corporate practice of medicine.

While in law school, Morgan held a research clerkship with Lori A. Ringhand and served as an editor for the Georgia Law Review.
