Dr. Christian Marzlin represents German and international clients in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
Christian has wide experience in the fields of private equity, venture capital as well as strategic investments. Moreover, he regularly advises clients on complex strategic joint-ventures, reorganizations and general corporate law.
Christian has worked across a range of investment sectors including media & technology, healthcare, banking & finance, industrials and consumer goods.
Prior to joining McDermott Will & Schulte, Christian worked in the corporate and M&A department of a major international law firm in Frankfurt am Main.
