Overview
This year’s Private Equity Bootcamp took place in Munich on November 9th.
The experienced speakers from our law firm trained you and your colleagues during a workshop and conveyed the legal and tax fundamentals for the successful implementation of private equity transactions.
The workshop was primarily aimed at professionals with up to five years of professional experience from all areas of private equity practice (private equity funds, banks, consultants), but was also suitable for participants who wanted to refresh their existing knowledge or deepen their interdisciplinary knowledge. Our partners presented their supporting tools for private equity practice.
The workshop took place as a half-day event from 13:45 – 18:15.
