McDermott advises Ratiodata on the acquisition of iCOMcept

McDermott Will & Schulte has advised Ratiodata SE, a subsidiary of Atruvia AG, on the acquisition of iCOMcept GmbH.

With this transaction, iCOMcept will become a subsidiary of the Ratiodata Group, which will expand its service portfolio to include additional technological expertise, specialized solutions, and long-standing market expertise.

Founded in 1997 and based in Aachen, Germany, iCOMcept is a provider of IT services and solutions for e-commerce, infrastructure, and security projects.

The Ratiodata Group, headquartered in Münster, Germany, employs approximately 1,500 staff throughout Germany and, with 13 locations and 13 campus teams, ranks among the largest IT system integrators and technology partners in Germany. As a subsidiary of Atruvia, Ratiodata is an IT service provider partner of the cooperative FinanzGruppe. Atruvia is the technology and digitalisation partner for around 650 Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken in Germany, the companies within the cooperative FinanzGruppe, as well as numerous private banks and companies in other sectors.
