McDermott advises GoodMills on the sale of Müller’s Mühle to Euricom

McDermott Will & Schulte has advised GoodMills Group on the sale of the Müller’s Mühle, including its associated sites and brands, to Italian food company Euricom S.p.A.

With the sale of its rice and dry pulses division, GoodMills Germany is realigning its strategy to focus on its the flour business.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including antitrust approvals, and is expected to close by the end of 2026.

Headquartered in Vienna, GoodMills Group is Europe’s largest milling company, operating 24 mills across seven countries. GoodMills serves both industrial customers and private consumers.
