Dr. Laura Stammwitz has been advising and representing companies for more than a decade in connection with dawn raids, antitrust investigations, and fine proceedings. She has vast experience in proceedings before the Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission and combines a robust litigation strategy with a clear understanding of operational processes, reputational risks, and business objectives.
Another key focus of her practice lies at the intersection with M&A transactions. Laura coordinates regulatory filings (merger control and FDI) and assists deal teams in identifying regulatory risks early on and factoring them realistically into the transaction process.
