Philipp Raum

Philipp Raum focuses his practice on corporate law as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Prior to joining McDermott, Philipp gained practical experience in corporate and M&A matters during his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Cologne and while working as a research assistant. As part of his clerkship, he also completed a placement at the German Embassy in Seoul.
