Carlota Huth focuses her practice on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.

Carlota gained valuable experience in the areas of corporate law and mergers and acquisitions as a research assistant in an international law firm as well as in a German boutique law firm.

During her legal clerkship, Carlota worked, inter alia, at the Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy in the department for federal companies and corporate matters. Furthermore, she completed her legal clerkship at the Düsseldorf and New York offices of McDermott in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital.
