McDermott Will & Schulte advises Eir Partners on acquisition of Accumulus Technologies

Global law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented Eir Partners, a Miami-based private equity firm focused on healthcare technology and tech-enabled services, in its acquisition of Accumulus Technologies, a cloud technology provider connecting life sciences organizations and national regulatory authorities to accelerate the drug development lifecycle.

This acquisition further allows Accumulus to increase investment in its technology and capabilities, support continued global adoption and expand the value it delivers across the regulatory ecosystem. To date, 75 regulatory authorities are connected to the platform, with growing engagement across the industry.

The team was led by Bernie Grondin, Dana Dombey, and Chelsea Rogers, with support from Justin Hier, Morgan Pollard, Courtney Seams, Alejandra Chumbes, Jennifer Hill, Rob Marshall, Marissa Hill Daley, Abigail Kagan, Henry Fisher, Amy Pimentel, Jeffrey Holdvogt, Nathan Gray, Sarah Bro, Raja Chatterjee, and Jiayan Chen.
