Global law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented Enhanced Healthcare Partners (EHP), a private equity firm focused on investing in middle-market businesses in the healthcare sector, in its growth investment in LeadingReach, the verified network connecting healthcare providers and organizations at scale.

LeadingReach has spent more than 12 years building the infrastructure to support care coordination across a network spanning 30,000+ organizations, 60,000+ care settings, and 125,000+ providers, with more than 25,000 referrals moving through it every day. EHP’s investment will support LeadingReach as it expands its network and advances AI-enabled automation across referral management, care coordination, and provider connectivity.
