Global law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented Mill Point Capital LLC (Mill Point) and its portfolio company GlacierPoint Enterprises, Inc. (GlacierPoint), one of the nation’s leading full-service direct store delivery distributors of ice cream and other frozen products, in GlacierPoint’s acquisition of Arctica Frozen Solutions (Arctica).

Arctica is a direct store delivery distributor of ice cream, novelties and frozen products serving more than 4,600 delivery points across Central and South Florida. The transaction marks GlacierPoint’s first strategic acquisition in Florida and establishes the platform’s presence in one of the most compelling frozen distribution markets in the United States.
