International law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented DivcoWest, a DivCore Capital company, and vertically integrated real estate investment firm, in connection with its $2.3 billion take-private acquisition of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc., (NYSE: ALEX), a publicly-traded REIT focused on Hawaiian commercial real estate properties and owner of grocery-anchored, neighborhood shopping centers.
