International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Soleo Health, a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, LLC (H.I.G.) and a leading independent national provider of complex specialty pharmacy services and infusion therapy administered at home or alternate care sites, in its sale to funds managed by Court Square Capital and WindRose Health Investors.
