International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Quote.com, a portfolio company of Osceola Capital, in its acquisition of Ring2Media Inc., a direct response marketing agency specializing in Medicare enrollment. The acquisition will be consolidated under the Quote.com brand and accelerate the company’s highly strategic Medicare segment.
