Brian M. He also represents investors in venture, growth, and strategic financings.
Brian has significant experience representing private equity funds in the financing, acquisition, and disposition of portfolio companies, in both control and non-control transactions. He counsels strategic buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
