International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Performant Capital Management, a private equity firm focused on investments in technology-driven companies, in its acquisition of OrderPort, LLC, a complete winery and winery restaurant management tool with a SaaS delivery model.
The McDermott team was led by Andrew Warmus, Terry Brennan, Elizabeth Amanieh and included Daniel Zucker, Brian Mead, Melis Solaksubasi, Jeff Holdvogt, Teal Trujillo, Eleanor Atkins, Shawn Helms, Sam Genovese, David Saunders, and Allie Emge.
