International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Amulet Capital Partners and its platform company, US Fertility, a nationwide fertility focused physician practice management platform providing non-clinical and administrative services to physician-owned fertility practices, in its acquisition of Ovation Fertility, a leading national network of reproductive endocrinologists and scientific thought leaders. Collectively, the combined company’s enhanced platform will be well positioned to drive growth and innovation, while leveraging best practices to improve patient access, experience, and outcomes.
The transaction was announced on April 3, 2023 and is expected to close in the second quarter of 2023, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
