Leading international law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc., a healthcare information technology solutions company, in its sale of its CarePort business to Wellsky, Inc., a global health and community care technology company. Wellsky is jointly owned by TPG Capital and Leonard Green & Partners.
