Jeremy advises on commercial health insurance, Medicare Advantage, Part D, and state Medicaid managed care programs. He supports clients on regulatory matters and litigation, including Medicaid Advantage risk adjustment compliance, investigations, qui tam actions, and coverage disputes. He also represents private equity clients in managed care acquisitions and investments, securing approvals from insurance departments, Medicare, and state Medicaid agencies.
