While most alcoholic products are regulated by the Alcohol and Tobacco Products Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), some fall under the jurisdiction of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), including many popular and growing product categories such as hard seltzers, kombucha tea, alcohol-infused foods, and low- and no-alcohol wine and spirits. This webinar will cover recent trends and developments for alcoholic products, provide an overview of TTB and FDA regulation, and explore labeling and marketing compliance and risks for products subject to FDA’s authority.
