International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represents The Sterling Group, a Houston-based private investment firm, and Capitol Meridian Partners, a Washington, DC-based private investment firm, in their joint acquisition of PrimeFlight Aviation Services, a global provider of essential aircraft, passenger and security-related services to commercial airline, airport, cargo and general aviation customers, from Carlyle.
The transaction was announced on March 6, 2023 and will close upon satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
