  • Advised owner on issues related to cost overruns and delay on a $20 billion LNG export facility and settled claims by contractors before initiation of dispute resolution process
  • Obtained a $1 billion award on behalf of an owner of a $8 billion Colombian oil refinery in an ICC arbitration against an EPC contractor*
