Neeraj acts for some of the largest and most renowned private equity firms investing in real estate, and for alternative investment funds, sovereign wealth funds, REITs and listed property funds.

Maxime Girault focuses his practice on corporate and commercial litigation, which notably includes shareholder conflicts as well as post-acquisition litigation. Maxime is also experienced in complex restructuring as well as arbitration award enforcement.

Morgan Graff focuses her practice on domestic and international tax and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and families. While earning her law degree, Morgan interned at the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida.

Ignacio Zabala Alonso focuses his practice on cross-border dispute resolution, with an emphasis on international arbitration and civil litigation matters. He represents clients in complex international disputes, provides strategic counsel on arbitration proceedings, and helps clients navigate the intricacies of multijurisdictional litigation.

Ignacio has experience with both common law and civil law traditions, giving him a dual perspective that blends these legal systems to offer comprehensive solutions to clients. He has represented clients under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Dubai International Arbitration Court (DIAC), and Spain’s Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration (CIMA). Ignacio also handles M&A, copyright, construction, and insurance matters.

Alexandra Nasar handles complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts and in private mediation. She also represents entities and individuals in cross-border disputes and has experience working with clients ranging from international business owners to nonprofit and charitable organizations.

During law school, Alexandra was actively involved in pro bono work focusing on labor and immigration rights through the Columbia Human Rights Clinic and freedom of speech rights through the Clooney Foundation for Justice.

Rachel Lee focuses her practice on litigation matters, where she represents clients in a broad range of corporate and commercial disputes.

While earning her law degree, Rachel served as a housing law extern at The Legal Aid Society and a legal intern at the Tenant Protection Unit of the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal. Rachel was staff development editor of the Review of Law & Social Change, a Moelis Urban Law & Public Affairs fellow and chair of the South Asian Law Student Association.

Ambrogio Carriere focuses his practice on real estate and acquisition financing transactions on both the borrower and lender side. He has also gained experience in asset management with specific regard to alternative investments.
