Jesser Horowitz focuses his practice on litigation matters.

While in law school, Jesser was an editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law. He also participated in his law school’s Criminal Practice Clinic.

Laura-Sophie Michaeli advises national and international banks, financial sponsors, and companies on all aspects of debt financing. Her practice focuses on corporate lending, asset-based lending, acquisition financing, and financial restructuring.

Moe Katchen focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters, including private equity platforms, private companies, public companies, and physician offices. He regularly handles all aspects of the diligence process and drafts ancillary transaction documents, including transition services agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, confidentiality agreements, disclosure schedules, US Securities and Exchange Commission filings, bills of sale, third-party consents, and officers’ certificates.

During law school, Moe served as a legal intern in the US Attorney’s Office for the District of the Virgin Islands. He was also a special projects director for the Knox County (Illinois) State’s Attorney.

Kaimeng Xing is a member of the firm’s Investment Funds Group. Kaimeng represents private fund sponsors in connection with structuring and formation, investor negotiations, closings, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution matters involving buyout funds, hybrid funds, credit funds, funds of funds, and other investment vehicles.

During law school, Kaimeng served as a notes editor for the Cornell International Law Journal.

Nicholas Tucker focuses his practice on energy-related matters.

While in law school, Nicholas served as an intern at the Miami-Dade Public Defenders Office.
