With a team led by Holger Ebersberger, Thomas Diekmann and Matthias Weissinger, McDermott Will & Schulte advised GALERIA S.à r.l. & Co. KG in connection with its strategic realignment, including a comprehensive refinancing until 2029.

Gordon Brothers is providing a secured credit facility of up to €160 million. This will be used, among other things, to repay existing debt and to fund modernization and efficiency initiatives in the company’s day-to-day operations.
