McDermott Will & Schulte advised Alexis Assurances’ shareholders, a broker specializing in renewable energy and construction insurance, on its acquisition by the APRIL Group.

This transaction enables APRIL to strengthen its position in specialty insurance and the construction market, particularly through the launch of its future property and casualty (P&C) specialty division, which is intended to gradually bring together leading expertise in highly technical markets.
