Schulte Roth & Zabel advised ClearAlpha Technologies on the launch of its flagship fund, Niche Plus.
ClearAlpha Technologies is a new multi-manager multi-strategy hedge fund. According to Co-Founder and CIO Brian Hurst, “[w]e’re focusing on what we call niche alpha strategies, which are going to be off the beaten path.”
The SRZ team was led by partners David Nissenbaum and Elie Zolty, special counsel David Lifshitz and associate Alex Borgen. The team included partners Christopher Avellaneda, Allison Scher Bernbach, David Cohen, David Griffel, Alex Kim, Kelly Koscuiszka and Heather Wyckoff; and associates Michael Jaroslawicz, Sasha O’Leary, Lillian Roberts and Matt Wager.
