July 26, 2024 – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery has been shortlisted for seven categories as part of the LMG Life Sciences Americas Awards 2024, including for General Patent Litigation Firm of the Year.
Additionally, McDermott intellectual property and healthcare lawyers are shortlisted in the following six award categories:
- Sarah Chapin Columbia for General Patent Litigator of the Year – New England
- William Gaede for General Patent Litigator of the Year – California and Appellate Litigator of the Year – Intellectual Property
- Joel R. Grosberg for Antitrust Attorney of the Year
- Judy Mohr for Patent Strategy Attorney of the Year – California
- James R. Ravitz for Regulatory Attorney of the Year: FDA Pharmaceutical
