McDermott Will & Emery represented Nautic Partners, LLC (Nautic), a Rhode Island-based middle-market private equity firm, in its acquisition of the specialty tapes and adhesives business from Berry Global Group, Inc., a Kentucky-based manufacturer of pressure sensitive tapes, including specialty, foil, film, duct and adhesives.
