International law firm McDermott Will & Emery has once again represented Champ Titles Inc. (Champ Titles), a leading provider of digital vehicle titles, registrations and lien systems of record in the United States, in its $18 million Series C funding round led by Point72 Ventures, along with existing investors. Through its Digital Title and Registration Suite, Champ Titles partners with state governments motor vehicle departments to streamline their title and registration systems.
The McDermott team was led by Michael Halsband and included Aroma Sharma, Jasmine Alves Nathan Barnett, Todd Solomon, Kate Vera, Alex Ruiz, Frank Caprio, Chloe Curtis, Haley Dow, Marina Leary, Kathy Schumacher and Matthew Moreno.
