Munich, March 7, 2025 – McDermott Will & Emery has advised Main Capital Partners and its portfolio company Timegrip on the acquisition of Software4You, a leading Germany-based provider of HR controlling and personnel cost planning software.
The acquisition marks the third step in Timegrip’s buy-and-build strategy since Main Capital Partner invested in the company in 2022.
Timegrip, founded in 1995 and based in Denmark, offers its workforce management solutions to more than 800 customers across various industries, including retail, hospitality, healthcare, and logistics.
Munich based Software4You Planungssysteme GmbH provides tools for active and up-to-date personnel planning, variable remuneration determination, and organizational transformation.
Main Capital Partners is a leading software investor in the DACH region, the Benelux countries, the Nordic countries and the United States, with approximately €6 billion in assets under management and an active portfolio of more than 50 software groups.
McDermott regularly advises Main Capital on transactions, including financings.
