Rob Haisch is a partner with A&M Capital Partners (AMCP) and leads AMCP’s healthcare / healthcare information technology (HCIT) investing practice. Since 2001, Mr. Haisch has led or co-led the execution of numerous middle-market transactions across a variety of structures, including leveraged buyouts, mergers, corporate carve-outs, family / founder capital solutions, buy and builds, leveraged recapitalizations, and growth equity investments. Mr. Haisch’s primary areas of industry focus have included healthcare services, HCIT, and tech-enabled business services.

Smith Alpert focuses his practice on representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies as well as other private companies in complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, leveraged buyouts, cross-border transactions, corporate carve-outs, joint ventures, minority investments, financings, reorganizations and complex corporate governance matters.

Aly Francini focuses her practice on executive compensation matters involving private equity, growth equity, public company and private clients. Most recently, in her role as strategy and corporate development counsel for a multinational company that provides scientific instrumentation, Aly developed a nascent strategic capital program and evaluated and negotiated biotech venture capital funds, growth equity investments and M&A transactions.

Ana A. Hubert advises clients on corporate and transactional matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures and minority investments for public and private companies, private equity sponsors and other investment funds. Ana also provides general corporate counseling to clients and portfolio companies regarding corporate governance, compliance matters and other day-to-day operations. Samantha R. Koplik focuses her practice on leveraged finance transactions for private equity firms, strategic buyers, institutional investors, biotech/pharma companies, private debt funds and other providers and consumers of debt financing. James Parry focuses his practice on public and private mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Lauren M. Troeller advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, private equity funds, financial institutions, direct lenders, and public and private companies in complex business transactions. She regularly counsels clients in relation to mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, minority investments, and debt financings, among other matters.

Lauren handles a wide variety of deal structures, such as leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, distressed acquisitions, take privates, and joint ventures. She also advises clients on corporate and governance matters. She has extensive experience in several key industries, including technology and software, industrial services, consumer products, business services, and manufacturing.

As part of her commitment to pro bono work, Lauren has represented victims of prosecution in asylum proceedings and advised nonprofit organizations in corporate and governance matters.

Nate Wolfe focuses his practice on complex domestic and cross-border transactional matters. While in law school, Adam served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Martin Glenn of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. He also was a member of the Brooklyn Law Incubator & Policy Clinic, where he represented startup companies that were at early entity formation stages. Additionally, Adam obtained a certificate in business law with distinction and was an articles editor for the Brooklyn Law Review.

Frances (“Frannie”) Sevilla-Sacasa focuses her practice on employee benefits and executive compensation matters, including representing public and private companies, investors, and individual executives and management teams in connection with change-in-control transactions, investments, and post-transaction counseling.
