Global law firm McDermott Will & Schulte advised Martis Capital and its portfolio company WellHaven Pet Health (WellHaven), a network of over 40 veterinary hospitals operating across seven states, in WellHaven’s acquisition by GoodVets.

GoodVets is a full-service veterinary care company focused on high-quality medicine and lasting relationships with pet families. The transaction expands GoodVets’ network from 75 to 116 hospitals and meaningfully extends its presence across key regions in the United States, including the Pacific Northwest and Midwest.
