Tjark Jonas Pogoda

Tjark Pogoda focuses his practice on restructuring and insolvency law.

Tjark studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom. After his studies, he worked as research assistant at an international commercial law firm in the area of insolvency law. During his legal clerkship, Tjark was a trainee lawyer in the Firm’s Transactions Practice Group in Düsseldorf and New York.
