Düsseldorf, January 11, 2023 – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery advised the shareholders of the Lobster Group on the sale of a majority stake to FSN Capital VI in the form of a structured auction process. The transaction includes a re-investment of the former majority shareholders in the Lobster group and is subject to approval from relevant authorities. The closing is expected in the first quarter of 2023.

Headquartered in the district of Starnberg, Germany, and with local presences in the DACH region, the UK, France, Benelux, and Scandinavia, the company employs over 250 people serving more than 1,500 customers across a broad range of industries, including logistics, retail and manufacturing.
