Mauro Pisano

Mauro Pisano focuses his practice on corporate income taxation, VAT and other indirect taxes, International and European tax law, merger and acquisition taxation, financial taxation and tax litigation.

Prior to joining McDermott Will & Schulte, Mauro gained experience working in a major Italian tax law firm.

• Provided assistance to a private equity fund in the structuring of the acquisition of an Italian privately-owned company specialized in the production of PET*
• Assisted a private equity fund in the structuring of the acquisition of an Italian holding company of a leading industrial group in the construction of test and measurement benches for automotive, hydraulics and mechanical products*
• Assisted a private equity fund in the structuring of the acquisition of an Italian holding company of a group operating in the transport and integrated logistics market*
