New edition of the commentary on German and European antitrust law

Dr. Laura Stammwitz contributed to the new edition of the commentary on German and European antitrust law. The fifth edition provides a detailed analysis of current developments in antitrust law, including the significant changes brought about by the 11th amendment to the German Act Against Restraints of Competition (GWB) and the first commentary on the Digital Markets Act (DMA) 2021.
