Giulia Fossati Zunino focuses her practice on M&A transactions and corporate and commercial law, with particular emphasis on private equity and leveraged buyouts (LBOs) investments, including both national and cross-border transactions.
She advises Italian and international clients, including private equity funds and industrial groups, on acquisitions, investments, corporate reorganizations and corporate governance matters across a broad range of industries, as well as with regard to civil and commercial agreements.
Her work spans the full lifecycle of a deal, from structuring to execution, with a particular focus on the drafting and negotiation of acquisition and investment agreements, shareholders’ agreements and corporate governance documents, as well as transactions involving the transfer of companies and going concerns.
