GetFit joins the Orange Palestre Italiane group, continuing the consolidation of Italy's fitness sector

Vam Investments, a private equity firm specializing in building national champions in fragmented markets, announces that GetFit, one of the brands that has shaped the history of Italian fitness, has joined the Orange Palestre Italiane group, the fitness sector consolidation platform launched by Vam. Specifically, six clubs belonging to the network will join Orange, while the founders will retain the clubs on Via Pinerolo and Via Piacenza.

GetFit’s shareholders were assisted by McDermott Will & Schulte, with managing partner Vincenzo Giannantonio, counsel Giulia Fossati Zunino, and associate Vera Greco on corporate aspects, and partner Elisa Mapelli on labor aspects.
