Overview
Carina Schützeberg focuses her practice on real estate. She advises clients comprehensively throughout the entire real estate transaction process. This includes the legal support of legal due diligence reviews as well as the drafting and negotiation of real estate purchase agreements. In addition, Carina advises on all matters of commercial landlord and tenant law, including the structuring and negotiation of commercial lease agreements and issues relating to ongoing asset management.
Before joining McDermott as an associate, Carina worked as a research assistant in the field at McDermott.
Carina completed her legal clerkship at the district court of Limburg an der Lahn.
