Amanda Smith focuses her practice on litigation matters, where she represents clients in a broad range of corporate and commercial disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Amanda served as a law clerk for the Hon. D. Michael Fisher at the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. While in law school, Amanda completed a legal externship at the Women’s Law Project and interned at the Public Integrity Section of the US Department of Justice. She also served as symposium editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Law & Public Affairs.
