International law firm McDermott Will & Schulte is representing Universal Health Services, Inc. (NYSE: UHS) (UHS), one of the nation’s largest and most respected providers of hospital and healthcare services, in its pending acquisition of Talkspace, Inc. (NASDAQ: TALK), a leading virtual behavioral healthcare provider committed to helping people lead healthier, happier lives through access to high-quality mental healthcare, for $5.25 per share. The enterprise value for the transaction is approximately $835 million.
