McDermott Will & Schulte served as legal advisor to private equity firm Blue Sea Capital, in its acquisition of CompletePet. Company management reinvested meaningfully alongside Blue Sea Capital.
Headquartered in Miami, Florida, CompletePet is an industry-leading outsourced developer, formulator and manufacturer of pet wellness products. The Company partners with leading pet supplements brands to deliver high-quality, effective products across various dosage formats, including soft chews, topical liquids and sprays, dental solutions, oils, powders and other custom formats.
