McDermott advises TFP Fertility Group and Amulet Capital Partners on acquisition of Manchester Fertility Group

Global law firm McDermott Will & Schulte advised TFP Fertility Group (TFP), a leading fertility care provider in the UK and Poland backed by Amulet Capital Partners, on its acquisition of Manchester Fertility Group. The acquisition expands TFP’s UK operations and strengthens its presence in northwest England, bringing together two established fertility providers with complementary clinical capabilities.

Amulet Capital Partners is a middle-market private equity investment firm focused exclusively on the healthcare sector. The firm seeks long-term capital appreciation through privately negotiated investments in healthcare companies and currently manages approximately $3.8 billion in assets.

Manchester Fertility Group is an established fertility services provider in the UK with a strong reputation for clinical excellence and patient-centred care. Through its family of brands, the group provides fertility treatment and related services to patients and partner clinics across the country.
