Global law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented Anchorage Capital Advisors, L.P. in its acquisition of 11 U.S.-based collateralized loan obligation (CLO) management contracts managed by ORIX Advisers, LLC under the Signal Peak Capital Management brand.
The vehicles represent approximately $4.7 billion in CLO assets under management and will be managed by Anchorage Collateral Management, L.L.C.
The team was led by Ben Kozinn, Craig Stein, and David Nissenbaum with invaluable support from Prachi Jhunjhunwala, Bridgett Bauer, Tyler Henry, Matthew Arace, and David Griffel.
