International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented White Cap, L.P. (White Cap) in its acquisition of BrownCo Manufacturing & Sales, a leading distributor of specialty concrete products for commercial and highway and bridge contractors across Oklahoma.
The McDermott team was led by Anne Cox-Johnson and included Matthew Chen, Eleanor Atkins, Stephania Sanon, Caitlin Drott, Patrick Ryan, Jennifer Hill, Fran Forte, Jacob Hollinger, with assistance from Kellie McNear.
