International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Wellspring Capital Management LLC, a private equity firm, in its acquisition of Cadence Petroleum Group, a leading distributor of nationally branded and private label oil and lubricants used in automotive, commercial and industrial applications.
- This transaction was completed on October 1, 2020.
- McDermott Will & Emery acted as legal counsel to Wellspring Capital Management.
- McDermott’s representation included acquisition financing in the form of a senior secured credit facility with Cerberus Business Finance Agency, LLC as the administrative agent and collateral agent for the lenders.
