International law firm McDermott Will & Emery McDermott represented LNR Partners, LLC (LNR) as Attorney-in-fact for U.S. Bank National Association, in its capacity as Trustee for Morgan Stanley Bank of America Merrill Lynch Trust 2012-C6, Commercial Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2012-C6. This occurred in the foreclosure of a mortgage in the principal amount of $125,000,000 encumbering the commercial condominium unit at 1880 Broadway (15 Central Park West) New York, New York.
